Daniel began his career in insurance as an independent catastrophe claims adjuster, working major natural disasters across the United States. He handled large-loss claims on behalf of several national insurance carriers, gaining firsthand insight into how policies perform under real-world conditions.

This experience provided a practical understanding of coverage structure, claim outcomes, and the importance of proper policy design. This acquired knowledge cannot be gained from product materials alone.

He later transitioned into financial services, working in an SEC-regulated advisory environment in Newport Beach, where he advised clients on portfolio strategy, risk management, and financial planning.
